Working Principle:
Jet mill, together with cyclone separator, dust catcher and draught fan, composes a set of pulverizing system. After filtering and drying, the compressed air is jet into the pulverizing chamber at high speed by means of laval nozzle. At the meeting point of multi strands high pressure airflow, the materials are pulverized by being repeatedly collided, rubbed and cut. The pulverized materials move to the classifying area following the upward airflow under suction of draught fan. Under strong centrifugal force of high-speed rotary classifying turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles in accordance with demands of particle size enter the cyclone separator and dust catcher through the classifying wheel while the coarse particles descend to the pulverizing area for continuous pulverizing.
Property and Features:
Suitable for dry process pulverizing of various materials with Mohs hardness under 9, especially for pulverizing of materials with high hardness, high purity and high added-value.
It includes vertical classifying device that can adjust the particle size of finished product between D97:2-150um with good particle shape and narrow particle size distribution.
Low temperature and none medium pulverizing, especially suitable for pulverizing of heat-sensitive, low melting point, sugary and volatile materials.
The pulverization process is mainly realized by collision between material itself. It is quite different with mechanical pulverization which depends on the impact to material by blade or hammer. Hence the equipment is abrasion resistant and the purity of finished product is high.
May be connected with multi level classifiers in series and to produce products with multiple particle sizes at one time.
Convenient cleaning, disassembly and assembly, smooth inner wall without dead angle.
Closed pulverizing, little dust and low noise ensure the pulverizing process clean and environmental-protective.
