Cam Design & Lubrication
A Central lubrivation system supplies oil continuously to lower punches, while grease applied manually lubricates upper punches. The ejection cam is manufactured from special tool steel for extended life, while a doublesided lifting cam is provided.

Direct Rotation of Turret
Direct rotation of the turret by the main shaft reduces the moise level; it provide maximum protection to the gears and the deive system.

Description : Upper & Lower Punch Seals
The scrapers seals for the upper punches prtect tables from oil drip, while the dust seals on the lowers prevent the punches from binding and reduce wear on the cam. This combined with an efficient dust extraction system allows prolonged run with little downtime for cleaning.

PRE-Compression and Main Compression
High pre-compression of 3000 kgs insures trouble-free processing of difficult granules. It helps in the direct compaction of difficult granules. It helps in the direct copaction of materials, redcing lamination and capping. Pressure rollers are made of special tool steel that ensures uniform pressure application. The double bearinfs are fitted, which minimize wearing of the rollers.

Feeding Material The feeder support
Platform is preset at the factory to the correct height and should not require adjustment. Quick release clamping screws allows removal of the feeder for cleaning and tool changeover without the need to disturb the feeder plarfrom setting.

Mechanical Feeder
The two chambers feeding system has been improved further. Itis driven from top by a variable speed motor. The unit can be assembled or disassembled easily.

Cleaning and Tool Changeover
The detachable panels can be removed easily, which reveal the entire bottom punch cams, This allows easy removal of the bottom punches. Upper punch monitoring device is available that would switch off the machine in the event of punch tightness.

This equipment is an application of centrifuge atomizing technique for special raw material. It is an apparatus using high-speed centrifuge atomizer to make raw material distribute in fog that contacts with hot air fully and finish the dry momentarily and form powder finished product.
The special drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine is used to solve immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and extracted liquid of plant. It selves the conditions existed in original LPG high-speed atomizing dryer. In view of this, according to the properties and process requirements of immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine, our factory researched and designed the special drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and won two items of China patent.

Principle


  • The drying gas enters laminarly from the top into the drying chamber and is heated up to the set inlet temperature
  • The piezodriven spray nozzle generates ultra-fine droplets, which are gently dried to solid particles
  • The dried solid particles are electrostatically charged and collected at the collecting electrode
  • The drying gas exits the spray dryer, the outlet temperature is measured, in addition, the gas is filtered

  • The droplet generation is based on a piezoelectric driven actuator, vibrating a thin, perforated, stainless steel membrane (mesh) in a small spray cap
