Usage:

Working principle:

Usage:
The HLS-100 lab bin blender is extensively used for mixing dry powders, granules or dry powder with granule in laboratory. It’s an ideal model for groping optimal technical parameters of mixing of materials and also it’s an advanced lab equipment of mechatronics.
Features:
The complete machine of HLS-100 laboratory mixer is set on a moveable base. Its main parts consist of frame, rotating system, electrical control system and hopper, etc. And the cone-shaped mixing hopper is mainly composed of hopper body, cover and collar, press block, and butterfly valve, etc.
The hopper, which is set on the rotating axis, can turn 360 degrees. As the symmetrical axes of hopper and the rotating center line of rotating arm form an included angle, so materials with different constituents are strenuously rolling over in the closed hopper and producing high shear to achieve the best effect of mixing.
The rotating system is the key system for performing mixing function. And among them, the rotating motor which by using low speed and big torque motor is the power plant of main machine. The sensing element is installed on the rotating axes assembly. And the sensor which is installed on the frame will send out a sampling signal after the rotating body turn to the setting location and obtains information of rotational speed and position of the hopper through PLC system. It shows rotational speed and accumulated speed on touch screen and sends out stop order according to the setting time. Then the hopper stops rotating at the best discharging position by braked motor.
The electrical control system consists of electric cabinet which is installed in the frame and the sensor, while the key control device consists of PLC controller and converter which are installed in electric cabinet. Electrical operation is main finished on the operate panel (touch screen) of electric cabinet, which consists of printer, touch screen, power switch and emergency switch. The running time and rotating speed can be displayed on the touch screen.

Usage:

Drum:
During separation the drum is an airtight rotating body in which suspending liquid is sedimentated and filtered at the same time. Liquid phase overflow out of the drum through Radial-layout filter boards, and directly penetrate filter mediums instead of passing through solid phase settle layer, thus achieving highly efficient filtering without filter cake layers. A non-contact layer of material control device is fixed in the drum to prevent overflow of suspending liquid from the inlet during feeding avoid suspending liquid loss and achieve high yield coefficient. The drum shell is a poreless cylinder with higher strength and safety than traditional pore drums.
Driving system:
Main motor can be adjusted the speed with frequency conversion, and can be steplessly adjusted rotating and unloading speed. Each step as starting, speed changing and stopping is carried out smoothly with no shock and low energy consumption. Main bearings are supplied with oil by a separate pump to ensure a long service life.
Control system:
BY Color touch screen and micro-computer (PLC) control, according to process requirements and conditions the operation system can be arbitrarily switched into manual or automatic control mode. Solid phase unloading system:

Usage:

Working principle:
The pulverizing function of the pulverizer is carried out in pulverizing chambers of various steps. General description:

Working principle:

Application

Spray drying is the technology very widely used in the liquid technology shaping and in the drying industry.The drying technology is most suitable for producing solid powder or particle products from liquid materials,such as:solution, emulsion, suspension and pumpable paste states.

Features

The drying speed is high when the material liquid is atomized, the surface area of the material will increase greatly. In the hot-air flow, 95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment. The time of completing the drying is only several seconds. This is especially suitable for drying the heat sensitive materials.
Its final products own the good uniformity, flow ability & solubility. And the final products are high in purity and good in quality.

The liquid with moisture contents of 40-60%(for special materials, the contents might be up to 90%).can be dried into the powder or particle products once a time. The product particle diameters, looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition within a certain range.
